What is Living Life Happy Size?

Wellness advice, today, can be overwhelming and contradictory - A famous nutritionist wants you to eat freshly cooked, seasonal and local meals 6-8 times a day. A celebrity fitness trainer wants you to believe that strength training for 30 mins a day, 3 times a week is the ultimate path to a lean and fit body. A world renowned Yogi wants you to do pranayama and meditate everyday to unite your mind, body and soul in order to remain fit and healthy well into old age. And a million voices in the background (a.k.a, endless scrolling) would make you believe that no matter what you do, you are doing it all wrong anyway!

Meanwhile after a stressful 10+ hr work-day plus 2+ hr in traffic, all you want is to crash on your couch while eating a meal that gets delivered to you in 10 mins, watching news on TV that obesity and heart disease across the world are on a steep rise!

You then promise yourself that you will start working out tomorrow and cook all 3 meals at home, fresh and healthy, and then, of course you forget it all as soon as you hit the pillow. And so, the cycle repeats.

This, sadly, is the whirlwind of a life most of us so called well-educated, high earning, successful professionals are living today.

I call it 'The Thrive Trifecta Conundrum'.
