So, let me put it out there frankly and sincerely, I LIVE To EAT. There, I said it!

I love food in all its forms - call it carbohydrate, protein or fat or call it Indian, Italian or Japanese, I am here to celebrate all of it, in all its glory!

Do you know the 10,000-hour rule from the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell? Well, I think I am mastering the art of “thinking about food.” 😉

I am the kind of person who once took a trip to Mexico City, Mexico after watching Taco Chronicles on Netflix, just to eat at all the taco joints mentioned in the show.

Oh, and I am also the weird lady who travels with her Sourdough Culture in her handbag (not kidding!).

But here is the twist: I don’t just eat for taste alone - I eat to fuel my body. As a NASM-certified nutritionist and a fitness lover, I believe food should be wholesome, balanced and fun - not dictated by diets like paleo, keto, or Atkins.

That is why this blog is called Living Life Happy Size. You will find food here that is not just nourishing for the body but also joyful for the soul, while helping you achieve your fitness goals.
