Hello!
Thanks for stopping by my little happy corner on the internet.
I am Deepti, a Certified Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist, self-proclaimed foodie, and a minimalist-in-progress.
My husband Ritik (my partner in adventure for over 16 amazing years) and I love to travel and recently completed 4.5 years of full-time travel, simplifying our lives to fit into 4 pieces of luggage. But let me tell you, my biggest adventure wasn’t hiking up mountains or crossing borders—it was climbing out of my couch potato phase when I was in my 30s.
Yep, I used to be a proud member of the 'I am just NOT a workout person' and 'Yes, of course, I will eat the last taco' clubs. I used to think yoga was too slow and boring, and strength training was definitely not for women.
Fast forward to now—I am 41 and in the best shape of my life, feeling fitter than I ever did in my 20s or 30s.
This blog is for everyone who either feels they have missed the fitness boat or thinks getting started is too overwhelming. I am living proof that mindful living and healthy eating will reap you great results, no matter where you are starting from or where you are headed.
You don’t have to jump into a rigid routine or become a fitness fanatic overnight. It is about making those small steps that will lead to big changes—at your own pace.
When I am not on the mat (yoga, strength training, HIIT, you name it), you will find me daydreaming about food. I have an obsession with good ingredients and amazing meals. I am always planning my next dinner while still at lunch, and my camera roll is full of food shots alongside travel memories.
